Ledbury Foodbank Collections

​

Every Thursday from 2.00pm – 4.00pm until further notice

we are collecting food items for the Ledbury food bank, for distribution to those in need in the Ledbury and surrounding areas. At this time, local food banks are struggling to keep up with demand and any contributions we can offer will be very welcome

​

There are two collection points:

one is a car with its boot open at Colwall railway station car park,

the other is a table on the driveway of the Hands' house (Wisteria House, 7 Evendine Corner) at the far end of Colwall Green.

Please leave items in the boot of the car at the railway station or on the table at the Hands.

They will be delivered to the Foodbank the next day.

 

Any items are considered by the Foodbank, at the present time

Try not to leave perishable items if possible.

Sanitary items are useful (e.g. soap, shampoo etc) as well as any edible items.

 

Please maintain social distancing at all times.

St James the Great Church has also produced a Prayer & Worship booklet online for the use of those who are missing going to church and others, too, who would value some comfort and inspiration in these difficult times of isolation. People are asked to contact colwallchurchoffice@gmail.com to ask for this booklet, available for everyone who would like to have it
